Please print out the ARC request form and complete all information.
- Describe in detail the improvements.
- Attach a COPY of your survey and sketch on the survey the location of the proposed alteration as it will appear when it is complete.
- Make sure you have included all paint colors, shingle colors, style of shingles, type of pickets on privacy fences and any other specification information for the improvement. When included paint colors and shingle information make sure you list the brand and color so the committee can view the colors online at the manufacturer’s website. Pictures of colors are not always a true representation
- If you have a vendor who has submitted a proposal with this information, please attach a copy of their proposal. You can cross out any pricing if you do not want that to appear.
- Once you have all information compiled please submit the request to the management company via the AppFolio.
- Do not give the request to a Board or Architectural Review Committee member. All information must be submitted to the management company who will forward it to the appropriate committee.
