Welcome to the Floridian!

The Floridian Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors welcomes you to your new home. We hope that you will have a successful move. The Floridian HOA dues are $125 annually. Payment of dues can be accomplished through direct cash, check, money order to Association Management Services. Make checks or money orders out to Floridian HOA.

The Floridian Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is made up of a Board of Directors who are elected volunteer Floridian residents that work to maintain the quality of life in neighborhood.

The Architectural Review Committee considers and approves new building and exterior remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, replacement roofs) of homes in the Floridian to ensure compliance with Floridian Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements (DCCRE). The intention of the Covenants is to protect our environment and maintain the value of our homes. You should receive a copy of your Covenants at closing; if not, contact Association Management Services LLC. at 850-231-6004.

Again, welcome to the Floridian. Please feel free to contact the Board of Directors with any questions about your new community. We need the support of every resident to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique development. We sincerely hope you will support these efforts with timely payment of your dues.

Homeowners Association Meetings

The annual Homeowners Association meeting is held to approve the proposed budget for the current year and to elect those individuals who will run the HOA. During the annual meeting anyone who would like to be a member of the Board of Directors can volunteer. Elections are held to determine who will be on the board.You get to decide, with your vote, those individuals who will be on the Board.

It is important that you understand that your vote is very important in assuring the right people and skills are represented on the Board.

On Street Parking Rules

Parking on the street is not allowed.

Board of Directors’ Meetings

The meetings are held via Zoom. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend the Board of Directors’ meetings. If you have any topics that you would like to have the board discuss at their meetings send your request to the Association Management Service. The request must be sent at least two weeks in advance of the meeting so that the topic can be placed on the agenda for the meeting.

Volunteer for the Board

Additional members are needed for the Board of Directors. If you are interested in volunteering for the Board contact Association Management Services.

Notices

info_signAny notices regarding the sub-division will be posted on the information sign located at the entrance. Notices such as the Board of Directors’ meetings, the annual Homeowners Association meeting, neighborhood yard sales, etc. will be posted.
