Association Management Services LLC
The Association Management Services LLC has been retained to manage the Floridian Homeowners Association and enforce the Association’s Covenants and Restrictions. The property manager will work closely with your association’s directors in order to implement and apply policy established by the Board, and your association documents. The management company collects the association dues, notifies of delinquent accounts and lien filings. Other functions can be found on their website.
